If a client tells you that their holiday cookie walk (where everyone gets to assemble their own take-home box of holiday cookies) is something that is a long-standing company tradition – and therefore, non-negotiable – you get to work sourcing 900 dozen homemade holiday cookies! And if they also mention they’d like you to design an authentic Irish Pub in the middle of a former shopping mall, you get to flex your creative muscles. The Kerry Holiday Party was a sweet, sweet day of Irish fun for the company and their 600 employees.
